Istra – Croatia’s largest peninsula, it offers in a nearby location and comfortable land layout all the beauty of its “blue-green synergy”. Mountains and forests here alternate, picturesque little towns stand atop green hills. It is scattered with vineyards and olive groves, and home to the islands of the spectacular Brijuni National Park and it also boasts a beautiful coastline.

After 3000 years of history during which it was part of great world empires, Istria has today an exceptionally multi-cultural heritage. The programme in Istria can take you to countless attractive areas both inland and on the coast or on one of many various routes including Parenzana Trail, a historic railway which once connected Trieste and Poreč. Play golf or choose tennis in Umag, home to the ATP tournament. Try your hand at finding the precious truffles Istria is also famous for. End your day by gazing at the stars and listening to an inspirational lecture by an internationally established astronomer in the Višnjan Observatory.

Kvarner

Kvarner – a region which energizes with its natural contrasts, from the forested Gorski Kotar to its coastline and large islands (Krk, Cres, Lošinj i Rab). Kvarner simultaneously ennobles with the “imperial” refinement of Opatija and inspires with the unconventionality of Rijeka.

This is a region of complementary opposites which offers you an entire array of activities and experiences for proper rejuvenation – from walking and biking across the beautiful island or mountain routes to fishing and even race-car driving. The particular mix of mountain and sea air currents here will simply energize you, inciting you to action on the paths along the sea and in the forests and offering strength and energy to every individual and team.

Beautiful palaces, galleries and museums, traditional and design hotels, but also mountaintops with stunning views of the open sea can prove to be the ideal location for your meeting, presentation or event.

Gastronomic delicacies, wine from the island of Krk, and the cultural and music scene will additionally “spice up” your program, and the diversity and openness of Kvarner and its people will revitalize and inspire you
